Default I was born allergic to milk

Actually, both my little sister and I were born with milk allergies and had to be moved to soy, and this was in the early 1960s... translated into horrendous lactose intolerance later in life. Was not in any way damaging to our intellect or growth (all the women in my family are short... ). Also was NOT an indicator that we would be obese, as it was 50-50--my sister's never struggled with her weight, and I have ever since I hit puberty.

So, I'm here to tell you that getting him off milk-based proteins won't hurt him at all.

Hey Renee,

Thanks for asking honey, I'm hanging on over here. I still have a lot of major pain, but it seems to lessen each day. I'm going back to work by hook or by crook on the 10th so my body is going to have to pay attention! LOL Glad to hear your lil guy is doing a tad better. Let me know how I can help you with your chronic pain ok dear? Janie

Amari is getting a little bit better, he went into the hospital on Friday for some testing to find out why he throws up so much, eats so much and can not poop on his own...Still waiting the results......

I did take him off Milk formula and now have him on Soy based formula and he seems to be doing a tad better..It has only been 2 days so I am not getting excited yet..But he did sleep 5 hours over the weekend...YEAH
