Default Please Pray for Baby Amari

Morning TT Family,

I know how your power has worked in the past and I am asking once again for some prayers. Poor lil Baby Amari was rushed into ER last night as he had a high fever with chills, extreme vomitting and Diarrhea, poor lil guy was so lathergic. By the time I got him there and the doctor came in to see him he just layed there and didn't even move with his eyes wide open, he looked terrible. One look and the doctor said Oh he is staying here. They took lots of blood and he never even moved, then the IV team came in and tried to do an IV and couldn't get a vein (poked him 12 times) and nothing, so they called NEONATAL down and they put 2 IV's in his poor lil head, he still didn't even move...They attempted to do a CATH and NOTHIN so now he is wearing a bag and he finally did urinate a tiny bit early this morning. He was admitted into the NEO unit and right now they are not sure what is wrong. They are thinking possible bacteria or viral stomach infection..But still not sure...He did look better this morning, he actually had his startle reflux back which was a huge relief to me! So I just ask that everyone pray that it is nothing serious and he can come home today or tomorrow!

Thanks everyone! I will update when I can!

How very, very scary! Shortly, you will feel prayer from around the world washing over Amari, you and your family.

Renee, how frightening for you and your husband. You and your little one will be in my prayers. So glad to hear he is starting to perk up a bit. I'm sure he was very dehydrated and the fluids will help that situation. Hopefully it isn't anything serious and just time and fluids will be all he needs.
