Default weight loss after pregnancy

Hi,
My husband and I are thinking of starting to try for a baby after I'm one year postop, but I was concerned about losing the weight after pregnancy. Is it hard?

Thanks,
Lisa

Cool, thanks for the vote of confidence. I was just worried that it would be harder to get the weight off after a baby since the surgery was kinda done helping. I had the gastric bypass. Thanks for your response.

As you can see from my signature I gained right around 40lbs my whole pregnancy, I just made sure I ate the best I could and I stayed active. Honestly, I was terrified I was gaining toooooooooo much and wouldn't get it off. But much to my surprise it is gone and 2 weeks later I am back in my size 6 clothes! WOOHOOOOOO

When you decide to get pregnant my only real "good" advice is to stay eating healthy and stay active! I wish you much luck when your time comes

I actually dropped weight after my baby was born with no problem. The trick is jumping back to the basics after the baby is born.
