Well, this is my second day of a 2 week diet. 1st week is protein shakes for breakfast and lunch and a lean cuisine(only certain choices) for dinner. 2nd week is only protein drinks. My head is killing me, especially at night and I am so hungry. What have I done? Can I do this?

Headaches are common for the first few days of the pre-op diet. They usually go away after three or four days. You can do it. Lots of us here did it. Keep your eyes on your goal.

You will be okay. Just remember that if you don't do this it could mess up your surgery. You can do it!! Just a few more days
