Thumbs up My First Wow Moment Pre Op

Today i had my pre op assessment at Birmingham , since my last appointment I have lost 7 kilos (15 pound)
I nearly wet myself when I come off those scales , havent even started my pre op diet yet , that starts on Friday !
So I feel proud my sensible eating and walking has payed off .
My surgeon was well impressed and so was I .

Just wanted to share , may not seem alot for all u BIG loosers but like I said thats even before my pre op diet .
Thanks for your continued support guys x
