I have my surgery scheduled for November 4. Looking forward to it. I do have problems deciding on the menus ....on pre op but post op. Can someone give me a daily diet for the lapband operation? I know you have to have at least 60 gr of protein. I have tried some of the shakes and made some in the magic bullet. They are wonderful! Just need some suggestions as to what is most likeable. thanks

Gosh this is an old post yeh Im 9 months post op now hun and feeling soooo much healthier and happier ...
Ive lost 63 pounds ... would still like to loose another 30 ....
Awaiting my third fill and struggling at the mo ... hoping this will sort me out .

first fill 24.11.08 =6.5cc

Second fill 29.01.09=1 ml

10ml band filled to 7.5 ml ....

I love my band ! 5 stone gone thats 70 pounds

Awaiting third much needed fill ......
