Isn't it amazing how fast it comes off once you make up your mind. When they told me that I had to loose 15 pounds on August 8th I just looked at them and said "Yah, Right!"...it was less than 6 weeks on September 21 that they said your there...and set my surgery for the 3rd of October. Good luck and maybe we will see each other during a support group.

Sorry if this is a stupid question, but I'm one of those old thirty-somethings who doesn't understand you hip young folk with your fancy Internet language...What is a "ppl" and what is a "pre n post"? I assume "op" means "operation" but the rest is gobbledegook to me I'm afraid!

Glad it's going well for you

Thank you. Maybe some day in the future, proper English and words will come back into fashion, and I'll be a winner!
