anyone have any natural remedies for gas and constipation ??i have been in pain frm this for several days now and only get relief when i consume gas x..my bowel movements seemed to be producing normally for the 1st 17 days then pain and constipation...and the distention from gas is so spasmodic!!i am on all the bariatric vitamins from dr. should i stop taking the iron and calcium until i get cleared up to zero in on the culprit?and is it okay to chew on dried plums or do they have too much sugar for me?..please...help someone..i go to the dr monday for ckup..need releif now..
