Red face I have My Surgery Date!!!!

I AM SO EXCITED!!!! I have my surg. date. It was going to be May 1 or 9th but I have a special circumstance involved...You see I have a disabled 13yr old daughter (Cerebral Palsy Quadleplegic) and I need to make arrangements for her care and assistance full time. I live in Imperial Valley & 2 hrs from Poway for my surg. so will have to stay in town for that time recooping - so I have lots to plan and get together to make sure it is all ready before I go into surgery. I have to ask for more hours from the state to have someone come in to help too. Than to boot her Grad Day here is a big deal from 8th grade into H.School is on the 15th of June and my older daughter is grad. from school with her LVN. I had to change the May date 2 x's with Lisa ( I felt soooobad) but she was so curtious and wonderful. I just love all the staff with Dr. Callery's office!!! So I guess I will be going into the hosital the nite of Father's Day and Surg is on JUNE 19TH . I am excited, nervous and so glad to be able to move forward. Oh I do have the Endoscopy test on the 18th next week - so tha will give me time to get on the antibiotics too that some of you have shared - thanks!!!

Hi Michelle:
I am hoping to get a "Quick approval" but we will see. I will pursue another appeal if this falls through

The East county support group I attend here in San Diego is FABULOUS! It is hosted by Bridget (she is a Callery Kid) and I find the meeting to be VERY informative and very supportive. They all give off very positive vibes, and all have very good advice as well. You should try to check it out.

Time will fly and your date will be here before you know it!
