Default Houston Area Girl???

I am in the Houston Area ( The Woodlands ) and I am going to have bypass surgery with either Dr. Spivay or Dr. Wilson at Memorial Hermann I am hoping in May or June.
I was wondering what support groups in this area do people like?
Any suggestions...Thanks
