Hey Denise!
I had to follow the link you sent me and wish you much luck! This is my first post on this board and my husband Ray is awaiting final confirmation of the gastric bypass surgery for March.....I can't wait to hear how wonderful everything went!

Congrats on your re-birthdate and Welcome to the board. Best advice I could give is stay focused on the moments you will have post-op. It is hard to be on liquids but it so worth it. My prayers are with you, see you on the losing side.

I know Denise from an online parenting community we belong to! I haven't heard any news, but just hoping everything went well and she's recovering nicely! Once I know, I'll post here!

got word through Denise's husband that she did well in surgery and there were no complications! Hopefully she is resting up in her own room at the hospital and feeling good!

It is rough at first but take it one day at a time. Glad to know you made it safe. Get some rest.
