If Christina (Kina) was still posting, she could tell you how she swam in her wedding dress. They weren't able to take it down to her skinny minny size.
I am sure she is so busy being a newlywed and all, but if she saw this post, I am sure she would have some good advice.

Default Upper arms

My newbie gym self is thinking triceps, biceps and deltoids. Can you go to a gym? They have machines that usually have a picture of the exact area you'll be working on when you do the machine. The internet must have tons of stuff too.

I'm working on the same thing - and the thighs. I may be able affort a TT, but not the rest, so my skin better snap back, or I'd better get used to it!

You're young enough - you should be alright!

You will look great no matter the size you end up being. Just have fun and be yourself - I am sure everyone will be just floored with how amazing you'll look!!

Someone said it would be realistic for you to lose 75 by then. You are currently close to 200. 75 off would take you to 225. I am at 230 and would have to order an 18 or 20. That's just to give you an idea. In most clothes I wear a size 16/18 but it all depends on your body type. I have my weight evenly distributed. A friend of mine weighs a lot more but is a lot smaller on top but very bottom heavy. She could wear a smaller dress depending on the style.

A friend of mine just had her 6 month post op and is down almost 90 lbs. She was in a 20 and just squeezed into her daughter size 8 AE jeans.
