I get mine throught the web at www.thesupplenet.com I have been getting supplements there for years. its the cheapest and quickest. Let me know how you like it, oh yeah they have a flat shipping charge of like $5 and it gets here in two days

Between bars?
I have one shake for breakfast, a bar mid morning, shake for lunch, then a bar in the afternoon.
I have also found that Nabisco makes several 100 cal snack packs. I just picked up a box at Sam's club for $8.95. It has Oreo, Chips Ahoy, and a snack mix (like Gardettoes & Chex Mix). Since they are only 100 cals and I happen to have a sweet tooth, so these hit the spot!!
