I had a $10 copay and he never sais anything about charging for the letter, I don't know if he's written it yet. I'lll be calling tommorrow to check

I had to pay for the therapist's time to write the letter and deal with the bureaucracy in her organization's office - seems like it should have been covered in the fee they charged ($25 copay, they probably got a lot more), but in the long run, I'm happy to have got it done and the money will have been well spent.

Spent $75 on 3 visits (didn't need that many, but the therapist was good, and it felt worthwhile in helping me cement my decision to have the surgery, and to commit to attending Overeaters Anonymous).

So, a total of $110. Still worth it.

I paid $250.00 for Dr. Elizabeth Bryant for a one time shot. She attends the Early Post-op meetings. It was worth every penny to me because my insurance was putting up a fight with me and it was the only thing that I had left to do before dictation. I decided to go for it and cut down any extra waiting. I do not regret it at all.
