Dictation done!! waiting for the call!
Well, I am excited. All my paper work has been forwarded to the insurance for approval- surgery date. Now, it's waiting to hear from Leslie. I've been trying to exercise and eat healthy choices so I don't gain any weight for my pre-op. Any advice?

Hey there! Congrats on your progress!  Now, it's just a waiting game. In the interim, you can condition your body by exercising daily, and eating right. Sounds like you're already doing this. If you're a smoker, be sure to quit immediately. I'm sure Dr. Callery's office has already told you this though.
Emotionally & mentally, I prepared myself by hoping for the best, but preparing myself for the worst. And unfortunately, the first response from my insurance company was "NO", which really hurt. But, I persevered on. There are so many good "Appeal Letters" from our post ops. Use your resources here. We will all be here for you during the good and the bad.
Good Luck to you. Keep in touch and let us know how you are doing and how the process is going for you.

YA Baby- Operation date scheduled!!!!
Wow- Came to a surprise when I heard Leslie's voice on my answering machine!! My scheduled surgery is for next week! Holy cow!! Pre-op on thursday with surgery on Sept.14!!!!!!!!!!! I am the second surgery of the morning.
So Pray for me-
