Default gastritis

hello every one i have not been on here for a longtime i just found out the first week of december that i had gastriitis i wanted to know from any one can that stop me from having surgery

I would think you would be in good shape by your surgery date. Are you taking something for it? or does it have to run it's course?

i am on prevpac 14 day therapy but then my doctors nurse called me and told me that i have to take one more medication after that so i am just confused and somewhat down i have to take 4 pills in the morning and 4 in the night it makes me sick as hell

They probably have you on antibiotics, which can cause upset stomach and quesiness. Hopefully it is resolved before your surgery.

If it's any encouragement, it didn't keep me from having surgery. And I took nothing for it.

Just keep on the meds and hopefully it will have cleared up by your last pre op visit. I had it years ago and the antibotics worked well for me and it never came back. I hope the same is true for you! Let us know how you are doing!
