This is only my second thread starter. I'm new...but I know I am welcomed...I finally got the ball rollin for my surgery! I have my phsych eval on wednesday, and an appt. with the surgeon as well. I had my first consultation this past saturday. Its all happening so fast. I'm told I could be laying on the "table" within the next 3 weeks!!! wow! Im not looking forward to that HPallory test, but hey, gotta do what ya gotta do. This is so exciting!
I notice you are all from the San Diego area...I just moved from there a year ago..my husband is in the navy. I love that area! I cant wait to come back! We are in NC now. Anyway, just wanted to post that I am on my way!! I am sure I will be here alot now!

Hiya CandyMarie, welcome to the forum! Are you going through the navy to do this? I had mine done at the Navy Hospital here in San Diego. 3 weeks is amazing isn't it? You never think things will happen like this. Keep us updated on your progress

Candy congrats on getting one step closer to your goal. The reason you see alot of people from San Diego is because this site belongs to a Doctor(s) located here in San Diego(Dr. Callery and Dr. Potts). But we all family here

. Having different people from different places is what makes this place so intresting.

Thats so cool that is going so fast for you!! It is exciting. I am pre-op and going through my "paces" to get a date as well, but it seems to be going slower for you. I wish you nothing but the very best! Oh...and welcome to the Forum Family :-)

Welcome! I'm glad things are going so quickly for you! All the testing sucks! I almost quit during it but I'm so glad I didn't! Let us know when you get a date!
