Smile OK i came back sooner than usual

WOW what a warm response from every one. Yes I did loose more weight since the last talk. I am now at -80 lbs. Man o man I get tear eyed every time I see the weight slip. It is so awsome. I have a docs appoinment today and cant wait till they see me. I was at 34 lbs lost the last time I was there. man are they gonna flip. I have been going to the gym every day and i have so much energy I dont think Im gonna use the rein deer this year. i think I can haul the sleigh and deliver the presents by my self. Lol. i got a job with a santa company(new one for me) and i told them I was loosing weight and by the time cheristmas got here they may have to get me a fat suit. They laughed but said if i was that skinny they would. i would love to have to put a fat suit on. It will be warm but better warm and removable than hot and fat. Folks there was a time in the hospital I regreated the surgurry because of all the trouble i had in the hospital with breathing problems(spent 4 of 6 days in ICU)But i wouldnt go back now for all the gold in the AZtec nation. I have energy to burn and sleep about 6 hours a night and then get up and do things out side instead of sleeping all day. I will do my best to get on here at least once or twice a week. I miss talking to every one and was very suprised how many people said they missed me. I guess i was not thinking. Thanks for all the good wishes and i say the same thing to youall. Loose weight, excersize and drink lots of water. Bye the way I am still on liquids and mushy food. I was on solid but taken off of them after two weeks of being sick. I dont care how long I stay on the mushy stuff as long as I still loose weight and stay healthy. I am also looking forward to the docter saying that all my health pills are cut in half doeses because of the weight loss. I spend over 150 dollars a month and thats just cp pays. I want to cut down on the meds I take and she said she thought this time i should be able to cut sdown on some of them. Will report what happens. And one more thing. I need someone to help me to put a before and now picture up. i have the pictures but they are too big and the program wont take them. help please. till later

I'm glad you are back sooner than usual! We miss you around here! You've got to post some santa pics for us. I haven't a clue how to do it, but we need our own santa around to spread some holiday cheer! Way to go on the loss!

CJ, it is great to see you back. You sound like you are doing great, especially after a rough patch right out of the gate. Thanks for the encouragement of your journey over the last few months. Hope to keep seeing you on here more now
