The info: Your first and last name, surgery date, which hospital you will be at and the phone # of the hospital or a phone number of a friend so we can follow up with you. Also, if you wish include your home # so we can follow up on ya if you havent posted in a couple of weeks! We worry about all out TT friends, no matter where yoou are!
If you are a Mueller kid, send all the same info to bypassingme619!
