Default baby blues

After going to Dr Callery seminar it was suggested that you
dont lift anything over 30 pounds after surgery. I am a single mom and I
have a 19 month old daughter, how long should I anticipate
not being able to put my daughter to bed or lift her if
she needs me.any thoughts or suggestions?

If you get down to her level and don't use your stomach muscles you should be OK Are you having lap? I think most problems are with open cause more stomach muscles are cut.
Just be careful and use your legs.
