Blue Cross Blue Shield Rhode Island

Does anyone else have Blue Cross Blue Shield how difficult of a company is this to work with alot of people that I work with seem to get this surgery with no problem but the office I am working with seems to want so much more stuff then what everyone else says they had to give. Has anyone else worked with St Vincent Charit Hospital in Cleveland Ohio

I need some tips
