Default Wow!

You're doing awesome. We women who don't lose quite as fast as you men are trying not to get jealous (but it's not working). Way to go. I had my surgery 8-1-05 and am down 35.

Wow CJ that is wonderful. To bad woman don't get to lose like men. I would be a knock out in no time. Keep up the great work. Are you working out now?

I know it just isn't fair. Men lose quicker and they don't deal with the monthly water weight gain.

thanks for all the warm greetings. i have missed being here. When they changed the date of my surgery I weas very depressed and didnt get on here at all, The surgery and the hospital stay were horrible but now that I am back to work and loosing weight I am happy I did it. Tho I am loosing weight I dont consider myself a looser but a winner. I am feeling great. My sleep problems have all but disappeared, I have more emergy, i went to the beach every other day while i wasnt working. i went back to work after 4 weeks and this saterday i am going to try golfing again. I walk at least 15 minutes everyday and up to 45 minujtes sometimes, I have only missed 3 days walking since i got out of the hospital, doc says i oonly have to walk 3 days per week but i am tickled pink about the way i fell and the compliments i am getting. I could not see the difference until I put a photo side by side, an old photo before surgery and then one 2 weeks ago, wow, Things are so cool. again thanks for your support and emails, till later cj
