My date is....October 11th! They would have scheduled me sooner (like in 2 weeks) but some of the other doctors penciled in people who have just had their consults, not even had their pre-ops yet. Let me tell you the doc was pretty ticked about that. So unless they have a gap because of these penciled in people, I'm looking at a month away. This is a good thing, really. My son wants a birthday party, which we had planned on waiting until Oct to have, so we can have it earlier now. The kids get out for fall break around then so I won't have to have them miss much - if any - school. And it gives me a little more time to lose some weight. According to their records I only lost 7.5 pounds and they wanted me to lose 12-15. Yeah yeah I was naughty the past couple of days, but I have time to get back on track.
Yes, I'm disappointed that it's not sooner, but overall, I'm happy that it's finally set.
