That binder is like our bible!! I'll never throw mine away either! There have been times in this past 13 months that I've been in a quandry, and I've pulled that infamous binder out and read it from front to back and gotten back on track... it's a life saver as far as I'm concerned... Dr's Callery and Potts filled it full of their knowledge in terms that we'd be able to follow and understand, so that we'd be able to help ourSELVES along this path and not have to call them at every turn... heck, they KNEW we'd get stuck along the way

Hang on to your binders people, they're a wealth of info you can't be without!!!

ok I knew that a binder was a 3 ring note book, but I guess I was thinking a binder as in something else

Yes Ma'am.... Pacificare. So basically I had my consult, dictation, approval and surgery date in less then a month. Assuming I get that phone call this morning I'm waiting for!
