Default Pre-Op. Your Current Medication - will it change.

Hi this thread is to direct you to a thread I started in the Post-op. So If you're waiting for surgery and are currently taking a coctail of medications, I guess you're hoping that you will be able to come off them sometime soon in the future. Therfore, perhaps you'll join this thread stating your current med. when you come off them you can post them here to.

Click this link and add your meds:-

Current Med and changes to Medication Post Op.

Thank you.

Yes. I am in my third week of the pre-op diet(not by my choice, my surgery was rescheduled) and all of my diabetic medicines have been cut in half.(metformin, glyburide and actos. my Byetta has been stopped) I still am having trouble keeping my blood sugars up. Oh, well it's a good problem to have.
