Update
Well, I had my consult Thursday and my visit with the Psychologist/Therapist today. That was the easiest part yet. She was great, very supportive and had my approval over the the Dr. within an hour. Now I wait for my Dr. office to call with surgery date. There is still one class that I need to attend on Nov. 12 so surgery date will be sometime after that.
