So I am one of those people who has to know everything about everything. I know vitamins are probably tied with protein as the biggest deal makers/breakers of surgery. So i called up both companies and got my sample packages, and thought I'd let you know what they included. Maybe some post opers are looking to change to a powder or something, so they may benefit from this list too.

There is a handy brochure that lists all their vitamins and the meal replacements. Which I am going to bring with me to the surgeon/NUT and have them check which ones i should take and how many.
