I had my pre-op visit today. - ThinnerTimes

My pre-op appointment wasn't so bad. They helped themselves to 6 vials of blood & gave me a test run on the spirometer. Then we discussed the surgery, how it will be, what to expect. I gave them fair warning that I have misbehaved on anesthesia in the past. ( I pulled out my breathing tube & tried to get up from the table)
It's finally real to me that I'm going to go through with this. My surgery is on July 18th. I'm not freaking out so much anymore & just want it behind me.

You're gonna be fine. Just make sure they watch those wandering hands of yours--you don't wanna pull out any tubes this time!

Pam congrats on the surgery date. I am sure you wiill do great. I wouldn't recommend getting up off the table though. That is very intresting. Pam I know exactly what you mean when you say you just want it behind you. I so sick of waitting it kind makes me want to throw in the towel and just say forget it. My prayers are with you. Please pray for me.

What happened with your surgery date? Did you get over your infection?

Your in the home stretch! Congratulations on your date! Maybe they should tie your hands down. I know that sounds awful but you don't need to be pulling at things when you are in such a state. Good luck!
