It only took 4 days to get approved from Insurance. Dr. C. called this morning and my surgery date is July 12. I'm sooo ready. Thanks to everyone for the support

How long have you been working toward the surgery? When was your education meeting?

My consultation Appt. was with Dr. C himself on April 18. The GB ultrasound is what took the longest to get and that was May 17. I went into dictation 5-27 and submitted to insurance June 13 and approved June 16. I was originally told the process could take 2-3 months so I'm lucky it seems to be right on schedule.
I'm very excited to get my new life started. The new energy and just feeling alive again. I know it will be a struggle at first but it will be worth it to be an active person again. My meeting was May 5th. I tried to get everything done. So I've attend all the meetings I need and will be attending another on June 22 just to make sure I cover everything. Thanks for asking, I hope you hear soon.
