As someone told me a year ago, you won't believe how fast the year goes by. Now that I'm just less than 2 weeks away from being 1 year, I can tell you that it does go by fast. I never thought I'd get to this point. I will keep you in my thoughts and prayers and know a year from now you'll be feeling fantastic.

I have my surgery coming up in 2 weeks... I can not even imagine!!!!

I just started my Optifast for the next 2 weeks to follow up until the big day. I thought reading about what others are doing to keep their sanity while on these shakes could be quite helpful. Today I just had cauliflower, brocoli, and of course my 4 Optifast shakes. Do you think the best place to post for advice on this is in the pre-op forum?
