Well,

WLS is completely excluded by my policy. The ins company refuses to pay.

Looks like that is it for me. I've added my name to the class action lawsuit.

But on the bright side, I am doing VERY well with Weight Watchers.

I'm actually wearing pants that I couldn't wear a few weeks ago (and I need a new belt ).

The new plan is easy to follow, and it helps that my entire family is supporting me.

I will still hang around here and offer my complete and utter brilliance to the conversations that go on though, so don't worry about that

And of course, I'll provide regular updates.

Default Rob!

Bummer man! Everything happens for a reason, it's just not your time. Best of luck though on that class action suit!

Weight Watchers rocks! Glad it's working for you! New Belt! Rock on with your bad self.

Its absolute prejudice to have the WLS exclusion on insurance policies..... its a life saver and not an option for some people... it really stinks! Where did you sign up for the class action lawsuit?

Congrats on your continuing success with WW. You go boy! Im glad your stickin' around here... yeah!

I signed up on the obesitylawsuit.com website. I had just been waiting on the insurance to officially tell me to pack sand before I did it.

That's such a crime! Insurances pay for heart bypass, so what's the difference? Sheesh......

Good luck with the lawsuit.
