What is happening?
I am 4 weeks post op, I have lost 26lbs so far but for some reason the scale is going no were for the past few days. Is this normal or am I doing something wrong? My diet has not changed at all. I am doing 90% lean protein with some small veggies now and then.

TOTALLY normal! Your body has gone through major surgery and is still recovering. You WILL start losing again, just hang in there!

Frustrating as they are, stalls are the norm. Just keep doing what you're doing.
Speaking as someone who still won't have scales in the house because of a 30 year love/hate relationship with them, if you want my advice, you need to take your gun and show those scales who's boss!
Get your tape measure out.

My doc/NUT just told me to go easy on the spicey stuff to see how the pouch reacted.

i just wanted to give you a big cyber hug as you go thru a mini stall. its normal and unfortunatly for some of us, very frequent but stay positve and keep on excersizing and eating right and it'll break really soon

This is totally normal. I thought I would be a failure and never make goal and all of the time I kept thinking that if I stalled, I was doing something wrong. Just be sure to follow the pouch rules and utilize your tool. The weight will come off and you will make it.
As for the spicy stuff, I waited awhile. Now, I eat whole Jalepenos and really, really hot stuff and nothing happens. Of course, I take Protonix on a daily basis.
