My Time Is Here!
I can't believe that my turn is finely here. Tomorrow I will be able to post in the post-op. section. The waiting time went by faster than I thought it would. I am so ready but very nervous. I could use some encouraging words from those that have been thru this. Could someone save me a spot on the losers bench?

Be Excited!!!!
You can do it! Just think, you've been waiting for this for how long? I know it's scary to think about but all of those months of waiting are finally bringing you to the one thing that is going to change your life for the better! (well not the only one thing, but you know what I mean!) Just remember that you will have a skilled surgeon working on you and you are most likely not his first WLS I'll say a prayer that everything goes really well with your surgery!!! Good luck!!!!!!!!!!!

Good Luck to you! Stay calm and if you start to feel any pain after surgery, or just aren't feeling too hot just remember what brought you to this point and all the hard work it took to get here. I'm fairly new to the bench only about a month out myself... so I'll yell down for them to move over and I'll make room for you right next to me!

I can't wait to have my life back, I know it's going to be a long haul, but I know when I'm able to play with my girls, not be in pain anymore, and my husband is able to wrap both arms around me and pick me up that it will all be worth it!
