Default Heading for the bench ... hope it's padded
I had lap RNY on 6/11. My butt feels like it's asleep. I am moving and sipping and resting... repeat, but my butt doesn't feel the same.

How crazy is that?

Total Gym Rat #114

Gym Milestone #1 - 7/5/08 - 1 mile on treadmill in 19 min., 13 seconds

Gym Milestone #2 - 7/17/08 - 1 mile in the AM on treadmill in 13 min., 50 seconds, 1 mile on the treadmill in the PM in 13 min, 28 seconds

Milestone #3 - 8/2/08 - no longer "morbidly obese" :::happy dance::: , just plain ole "obese"
