Default Y'all start scooting over...I'm heading to the bench!!!

Okay, y'all start making room for me on the bench, because I'm headed off to surgery tomorrow morning!

After thinking about this for over 4 years, and then finally starting the process last September, I can't believe my day is going to be here. I'm so excited I can't see straight! I'm taking a 1/2 vacation day at work today, because I've got a ton of last minute stuff left to do at home.

Oh, and last minute complication (non WLS related)....my internet at home went haywire last evening. I spent over an hour on the phone with Linksys and we ended up deducing that my modem is probably shot. So today, I have to get a new DSL modem and get it hooked up and working. Because if I come home from the hospital and do not have a working internet connection, I will go literally, freaking crazy. Not to mention the fact that my teenage son is already having withdrawal symptoms after only one day. So, that's one more thing to add to my to-do list today. If I don't "talk" to you guys again, it's because I couldn't get my internet working, not because I don't luv ya!

I'm so glad today is my last day on the "10 day liquid pre-op diet from hell" (yes, I am trademarking that phrase. I'm so happy and excited to be joining you Losers tomorrow!
