Hello everyone,

If you are anxiousely waiting for your surgery day to come it will. Good luck to all and I really would like to connect with someone having surgery on May 21st. Lisa

Default Awww, I want what you are having (VGS)!

Lisa, I wish you well in your weightloss journey. And the same to you, Eraser. I am very excited for you both.

O...I can't edit my little comment above...the vsg. Well you know what I mean.

Default Are you nervous?

Hello Eraser,
Are you as nervous as I am? I have hives on my face. I also can't sleep. Are you having the rny? I originally planned on having the rny then I decided not to have any surgery until I was told about the vsg. Well we'll have to stay in touch. Lisa

Thanks Rebecca!

Lisa, I am nervous, anxious, scared, but relieved as well as the surgery day will be here soon enough, and then it will be in the past.

I am having the RNY, I researched all the surgeries available and VSG was a very close 2nd place for me.

Try to think about all the things your pre-op size prevented you from doing, and how post-op they can come possible, that usally gets me to sleep (Ahhh....skiing again, hockey, not having to find a Casual Male XL store for clothes, motorcycling, biking, hiking........ZzzzzzZzzzzzzz)

Default Eraser you made my night

Eraser,
I never thought about those things. I'm so afraid of dying and leaving my family. I have 2 kids and I want them to grow up with a healthy mom. I need to get this done for them and for myself. Let's keep in touch whenever we can. Good luck to you! Lisa

Milady,
Thank you for the good wishes. I always enjoy your posts you are such a positive person for this forum you bring nothing but inspiration to others. Lisa
