i ordered them online. I'm out in the sticks.. so it costs me nearly what i would pay for shipping to travel up to st louis to the vitamin shops.

they have 30, 60 and 90 day supplies I believe. I had gotten an entire package since I was just starting out.

If it's the citrical calcium chews that you're referring to they are no longer on the market. The company got bought out by another larger company which has decided to discontinue the line. You may still be able to buy them in bulk if you ask your local pharm. but generally speaking they are unavailable.

I went to swallowing horse pills but I"m not really thrilled with it. I'm hoping to be able to find a better alternative for myself that doesn't include ordering online because I'm just really bad at making sure I order stuff in time before I run out of other stuff.

That sucks! That's exactly what I've been looking for. A friend of mine who is two years out got me hooked on them, and now that I need to start looking for something, I'm so disappointed that they are no longer available.

Nope, it looks like Citrucel is carbonate, we need citrate.

Citracal Soft Chews is what everyone was using. Bayer got bought out by another company and the new company decided not to make them anymore. I have searched all over the internet - if I could find some I would buy in bulk, but can't find them anywhere.

I'm plateaued once again. I lose about 5 pounds, then gain 3 or 4 back over night, and then lose it 1 pound a day...

Start weighing once a week ...instead of stressing your self out every day ....might make you feel better ....

Mom- I still dont feel like eating I have to remind myself.... and MAKE myself try to eat.. I still get 70 grams of protien in a shake form just to make sure I get it .....

Karen- I get the calcium mint losenges from bariatric advantage and they are ok.... just seem so big.. and I have to do 3 a day ..cause I had a partial hysterectomy in 200...
