Default ? re skin prep 4 weight loss/sagging

Is there any tried way to prep the skin for it doesnt sag, etc or whatever? I read some where that someone use lotion, oil and she didnt sag. Is this true?

Anyone?!

I've heard from many that it depends on age. The younger you are, the easier your skin bounces back. But water intake probably also has an effect.

Nothing helps, not even age. It depends on genetics, thats it. Remember stretched skin is broken skin. How long have you been obese? How many stretch marks do you have? These are relevant. In the long run, loose skin is not a big deal, losing 100 pounds (at least) is!
