Default this kinda sucks

I got my surgery time and its not till 1230pm on tuesday. I was so hoping for a early morning one cause I know I won't be able to sleep and then to have to go all morning without anything to drink. Yeah that sucks...LOL I know it will be all worth it in the end but still kinda sucks

That stinks not being able to drink all day, I'd be dying. I'm not quite sure yet when my surgery is going to be as far as the time of day, I have to call in this friday and see.

I know this is for my own good and my own health, but I quit smoking before I have this surgery and I'm absolutely craving a cigarette like crazy, everything I see reminds me of a cigarette, and I've been on Chantix for 3 weeks now, all this medication has done is give me nightmares!

Anyways, excuse the rant, good luck with your surgery jtroth!

I had to quit before too and honestly even 3 months not smoking I still want one. I MISS IT LIKE CRAZY. But not the smell or the taste...LOL just the action.

Oh God yes, I know how you feel. Nicotine is a demon. I think it's the oral fixation part I miss the most.

I swear, everything I see looks like a cigarette, fire hydrant on the street looks like a cigarette, my cats look like a cigarette, I'm about ready to start puffing on their tails...(man my boyfriend is a lucky S.O.B....LOL)

OM gosh, that is just too funny. Sorry you are having such a hard time. I dont smoke but I am sure it is horrible to try to quit. My mom smokes..so really, Chantix can cause nightmares?

I was the 2nd surgery of the day, scheduled for 11:30. The first surgery had complications and at 4:30 that day my doc offered to do the surgery or go home, eat soup, drink some water... I had gone all day with none... and come back at 5 am the next morning. I chose the latter.
