Default May I have a seat on the Loser's bench

My surgery was April 8 and everything went great. My doctor even came and asked if I would attend his seminar that night and talk to the people there. I really suprised alot of people. I walked the halls and chatted with the nurses. They let me go home April 9 after lunch. If the gas would just leave I would be doing great, but it finally started working its way out last night.

I want to thank you for all of your help. I may have not posted but I sure read everything I could.

Heather

Welcome Heather - you can come sit by me.

Gas-X strips work well for some - I use peppermint and or spearmint tea and that helped with the gas.

Congrats and welcome to the Losers' Bench, Heather! I found that walking helped with the gas pains - hope it "passes" soon...

Congrats on moving to the losing side! I had bad gas also...those gas x strips were my savior for about a week and it finally passed. Good luck!
