So happy to announce that my bestest friend since grade-school is officially a L-O-S-E-R!!
Spoke to her hubby earlier today and of course she is in pain...but I'll see her tomorrow and make sure she gets up and runs around the nurses station a few times, does some sit-ups, some ab crunches...okay maybe just walk and sip...I'll give her a little lee-way on the crunches & sit-ups this time!
Get well, Cyndie...each day gets better!
