I'm home by myself tonight....clergy spouse has a meeting....read this post, saw Lynda had included me, read Eric's words and now I'm crying my eyes out....What the heck's going on? I just want the day to come already....Don't think I ever wanted Christmas to come any quicker than my surgery date! Thanks for letting me vent, not feel alone, and honestly confess that right now it feels like I have this wacky combination of "impatience, fear, appreciation, excitement, apprehension and hope" in me that not even a Magic Bullet could blend!

When they say it's a "wild ride" they aren't kidding...Even when you're still standing in line waiting to get on the ride....I guess I sounded pretty wimpy. Didn't know what the heck was going on in me...but reading lots of other posts, with people who have a lot of heavier concerns, I can pass on the kleenex boxes, but I appreciated a pat on the back and a hug....
