Today I got the call, and I am Approved for Surgery!..WHOHOO..

I got my surgery date as well, I am going to be poked and stapled on May 29, 2008.

Thanks for the replies on my previous thread all!

So when did the freaked outness come for many of you, or just didn't. Im not freaked out at the moment, i am actually like omg i am actually going through with it.

But hey I m one step closer.

Enjoy it. I was on a high for about three days, now I vary with being freaked and being impatient and being incredibly excited...but the freaked out part seems to creep in a lot. Can't wait for the pre-surgical visit with the doctor next Wednesday, then my GBS support group meets the following night for a "Answer Any Questions" night, so hopefully life will get a bit clearer as I go on this "wild ride"...And today my wife bought me one of those Magic Bullet blenders, can't wait to get home and try it.
