Started the "Weight Management Program that is required by my insurance company on 2/5. It's a 20 visit program that addresses food, exercise and behavour. I am about half way through it, 8 visits left to schedule. I went to the seminar at the Bariatric Center on Feb 12.
Saw my PCP doctor's PA on Feb 26th. She was wonderful, she herself had the surgery and was very understanding. I gave her all of the paperwork and my additional information about diets I tried on my own, ie: WW.
Well, I guess my expectation was that the information would have been faxed over in a week or so. I called the PCP office 3/11 and asked for them to call me. No call back. I called again on 3/13, still no call back. I asumed that they would send the information to the BC and after I was done with this program I could get the referral to the BC.
I am totally feeling like this will not happen for me ..... but what else can I do?
