Default Date's moved up!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The surgeon just called and moved my date from May 3 to April 19!!!!!!!!!!!
I am freaking out, can't even put into words all that I am feeling. I have so much to get ready at work and at home! I can't focus, completely fixated on this surgery.
My family is very "concerned" and encourages me to just eat healthy. Told them to weigh 300 pounds and then come and talk to me. Actually i said it a lot nicer.
Well, thanks for listening.

Congratulations Tami,

Where is your surgery going to be?

I told my family I could either have the surgery, or start eating family members.

In the end, we decided on surgery.

Sheesh, I forgot to add:

Congrats on your date.

Congrats Tami. I feel the exact same way as you do. Mine is a week from today. I have SO many emotions at the moment. Take a deep breathe. I wish you the best of luck and a speedy recovery!

Arrow Tami!

Stop, take a deeeeeep breath. R-E-L-A-X. Just let it happen. This is what you want. You've done a lot of work to get here. Just feel the peace and contentment of knowing that this is the best thing for you.

There's no reason to run amuck, screaming and pulling your hair.

Take a quiet moment and speak to God. He will give you the peace you need and He will take care of you. April 19th will forever more be the day of your rebirth. Mark it on your calendar. Only two more weeks to freedom and skinnydom.

I'm so happy for you. Just keep being happy for yourself.

You're getting me in trouble at work!!! My department head is starting to wonder if I'm accessing porn sites on my computer. He walks by and I'm laughing hysterically...

You're killing me and my career, bud!

(P. S. You're not really getting me into trouble...just wanted to jerk your chain)

Thank you all for your encouragement. I am just doing what dara suggested, deep breaths! God is so good. I know that it is going to be okay. I'm not afraid of the surgery but of the losing weight. How weird is that?

Anyway, I am so excited. I have been working on this for over 2 years. My boss is really supportive.
I am having my procedure done at the VA in La Jolla. Hope to have it done laproscopic and only be in the hospital for a few days.
I am so glad I heard about this site! You guys are wonderful!

Like the idea of offering to eat them. Cracking me up.
I just told them that all we ever did was "love" each other with food. then I held my arms out wide and said "Do I not look loved enough to you?" I then said, it is time for me to get my life back. I am 33 years old, single and ready to have a life (be healthy).
Thank you God!

Now I'm hungry. I could go for a little Kung Pow Cousin right now.
