Dara~
I am right there with you on the Jello...it makes my stomach turn. My kids love it and when they eat it, I just have to not watch.

Default That's Great!

Congrats Tami, how exciting! One of the things that doesn't taste too bad but is good for meal replacement is EAS low carb shakes. Different people are sensative to different things, but a couple people I know used them and that is what I expect to consume as they don't taste bad like so many things!!!

The day of my surgery I thought I would be nervous but I wasn't. A sort of calm and accomplishment came over me checking into the hospital. I finally was doing something for ME! Good luck on your journey!

Thanks for all the support! I am not very fond of jello now, so I don't think I'll buy anymore.

JJ Girl- Good luck with your surgery! Email and let me know how you are doing. I am going to stay at a friend's house for the first few days.

I appreciate all the support. I am a bit nervous, more that I won't lose or will gain the weight back.

Where can I find the EAS shakes?
Thanks

EAS shakes are all over the place. I buy them at Costco, but you can get them at a lot of SaveOn and Alberston's locations as well.

Great! Thanks. I am frantic trying to get done everything before next week. I need to go get some pj's for the hospital, too.
