Did any of you find OA to be helpful in your WLS journey? I'm currently pre-op and could use some support for the pre-op diet and WL requirements.

I'm preop too and maybe I'm just an idiot but I work with a hospital and OA has always meant OsteoArthritis to me. So maybe if I knew what OA stood for, I could be of some assistance.

Sorry, OA stands for Overeaters Anonymous, a group analogous to AA, Alcoholics Anonymous.
