So I was approved for the surgery by my insurance on Jan. 21st and was told to wait a few weeks for Scheduling to get back to me. I waited and waited and when people keep asking when my surgery was, I began to say "Oh April of Two Thousand and Never!" Then I get the phone call yesterday asking me how quickly I want the surgery. "Umm tomorrow". That's all fine and good except I need the two week liquid diet. So today started the two week liquid diet and my surgery date is March 5th, 2008. So now it's CIB, and Jell-O and water..Oh MY! Onward to the newer, healthier me!
