Default First Appoinment

I have spent all day today, and most of yesterday, trying to get an appointment to see the surgeon. I was told that they would call me back, but, of course they didn't. Finally at 4 today, I was told they lost the paper work from my primary, and will have to get him to re-send it. Needless to say, these people are total morons! So I am hoping to hear from them tomorrow.
Finally!, I have my appointment with the surgeon. It's as if they just don't care at all that people are waiting to get in to see the doctor. They forget that we are real people, not just patients. Well. they know I'm a real person now So, my appointment is April 22. Finally, I can get this moving.

I had the same problems you're describing, my friend. My primary's office staff are only semi-functional, and they proved it time and again with their management of my paperwork. I should say MISmanagement! BUT...anything worth having is worth fighting over...and you will keep fighting...I can sense that in you, grasshopper!

April 22nd will be here before you know it...in the meanwhile, hang out with us online and let us help you through this.
