Chiquita,

I get dizzy sometimes too...usually an indication that too much time has passed since I last ate. If you could eat every 3 to 4 hours, it may alleviate your dizziness, even if it's just to have a protein shake or a little cheese or something.

Only 6 more days to go and then you are a LOSER! I know you're getting excited...your place on the loser's bench is waiting!

Take care,

Mike

Thanks Mike..

I do have to eat, and learn to eat small meals at the time,, I should split up the shakes and have only half of shake at the time and eath throught out the day for now.

I cleaned my pantry yesterday, was a lot of work because it's been like a year and it's a deep space, lots of things get lost in there, so lots went in the garbage I am sorry to say. Lots of it went in bags to take to the food share because I plan on noe eating that stuff again, and refuse to feed that to my kids anymore. My pantry is now organized, kept me busy.

This morning I woked up extremely anxious, had really bad shortness of breath and had to sit on the chair like one hour before I could get up. I feel weak but I think is the nerves, so I took one of the anxiety pills my pcp gave me to help out the nerves prior to surgery, and it helped quite a bit,, so now I shall work on putting Christmas stuff away, that will get me moving and hopefully make the day go fast,, tomorrow I shall figure something else to do to make the day go by fast too lol. such is life.

Thanks for the support I be a Loser soon.

Listen, honey, if it will help...when you finish putting your Christmas stuff away, you just come right on over to our house and put ours away too! I mean, you'll be on a roll, right?

I was anxious the day of the surgery, but did okay during the time leading up to it. When I was in the hospital, I was VERY anxious, but waited too late to ask for the anti-anxiety meds. If you're really feeling hyped up...call the doctor and see if they can change or increase your prescription. Don't forget to tell them in the hospital that you'll need it too. I was awake practically the whole time I was in the hospital and I know that's what made me anxious...I was absolutely stir crazy! Everything was fine after I came home!

Does taking the tree, opening a box and shaking the heck out of it so the ornaments fall in the box counts?? lol.. You might as well toss the tree out and start clean next year

I be right over, just as soon as I shake my christmas decorations off my trees,, oh yes, forgot to mention, I have 16 of them things,, not the great big ones, but the smaller ones that come in set of 3

Hope there is other January staplers, I know there has to be
